Create a Wellness Recovery Action Plan for yourself or another person.
Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) Training: This is a 16-hour training. These sessions equip the trainee to create a Wellness Recovery Action Plan for themself or one other person. The goal is to be able to create a plan of what must be done to keep someone well; staying on track mentally and physically. This is a widely used therapeutic technique with an array of applications. This training is for anyone who works with those in crisis, has family members with mental health struggles, or is otherwise an ally to those surviving through adversity. Participants receive certification upon completion.
We are offering these sessions at no cost to KS residents. We are offering these classes for $300 per participant for MO residents, however, scholarships are available and awarded based on need. Apply for a scholarship here.
